Do you ship internationally? +
Yes! I ship worldwide. International shipping costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Most international orders arrive in 10–20 business days.
Can I request a specific art style? +
Absolutely! I'm happy to discuss your vision. Just note that all commissions will carry my signature warm, whimsical style — it's what makes each piece uniquely mine. I'll share examples during our initial chat.
What if I'm not happy with the result? +
Your satisfaction matters most! Each tier includes revision rounds for this reason. I send progress updates so we can course-correct early. If you're still unhappy after revisions, we'll work it out together.
Can I use my commission for commercial purposes? +
Personal use is included in every commission. For commercial licensing (logos, merchandise, print runs, etc.), please mention this when inquiring — commercial commissions are available at a different rate.
How do I pay? +
I accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Shop Pay. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery.
